1. Appointment Guidelines

We encourage booking appointments online or by phone. In certain cases—including new patients or those with a history of missed or canceled appointments—a valid card on file or prepayment may be required to confirm your appointment.

Please arrive 10 minutes early for your first visit. This allows time for check-in, paperwork, and pre-treatment preparation

Late Arrivals:

Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment or rescheduling to avoid delaying other guests. Full session fees may apply.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

We strive to offer appointment times that are convenient for all clients. To ensure availability and fairness, we kindly ask for your cooperation with the following policy:
