These Membership Terms (“Membership Terms”) govern participation in the Ageless VIP Members Program (“Program”) offered by Ageless Rejuvenation Center (“Ageless,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By enrolling in the Program, you agree to these Membership Terms in addition to our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

Program Overview

These Membership Terms (“Membership Terms”) govern participation in the Ageless VIP Members Program (“Program”) offered by Ageless Rejuvenation Center (“Ageless,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By enrolling in the Program, you agree to these Membership Terms in addition to our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

Membership tiers currently include, but are not limited to:

RESET – $199/month (10% member savings on products and services)
REVERSE – $349/month (15% member savings on products and services)
RECLAIM – $499/month (20% member savings on products and services)

Program offerings, pricing, and benefits are subject to change at any time.

Eligibility

Membership is available to individuals 18 years of age or older. Certain services (such as teen facials) may be available to minors only with documented parental or legal guardian consent and are not guaranteed to be eligible for all membership benefits.

Monthly Billing & Payments

Membership fees are billed monthly on a recurring basis to the payment method on file.
By enrolling, you authorize Ageless to automatically charge your payment method each billing cycle.
Membership fees are non-refundable, except where required by law.
You are responsible for maintaining valid payment information. Failed or declined payments may result in suspension of membership benefits.

Monthly Allowance & Usage

Your monthly Allowance is added to your account each billing cycle.
Allowances may be used toward eligible treatments, injections, skincare, and retail products offered by Ageless.
Allowances roll over month to month while your membership remains active.
Allowances do not expire as long as the membership remains active.
Allowances have no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash.

Member Savings & Perks

While actively enrolled, members may receive:

Tier-based savings on regular-price services and product purchases
Member-only promotions and special offers
Priority booking access
Invitations to select complimentary treatments or VIP events
Additional perks such as referral incentives or birthday bonuses (as offered)

Benefits may vary by tier and availability and are subject to change.

Pausing Membership (60-Day Notice Required)

Memberships may be paused with at least sixty (60) days’ advance notice.
Pause requests must be submitted in writing or through an approved communication channel.
During a paused period:

Monthly billing will be suspended after the notice period
New Allowances will not accrue
Member discounts and perks may be temporarily unavailable

Any remaining balance at the time of pause may be used toward eligible services or products, subject to availability and provider approval.

Cancellation

Memberships may be canceled after satisfying any required notice period (if applicable).
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing or through approved channels.
Upon cancellation:

No further monthly charges will occur after the final billing cycle
Remaining Allowances may be used toward eligible services or retail, subject to Ageless policies
Unused Allowances are not redeemable for cash

Ageless reserves the right to terminate a membership for policy violations, misuse, or non-payment.

Membership does not replace medical consultation or individualized care planning.

Photography & Marketing Consent

From time to time, events or services may be documented for marketing or educational purposes. Any use of photos or videos featuring members requires separate written authorization. Declining consent does not affect membership eligibility or care.
